Welcome!

Hello and welcome to the new look ManchesterAquatics.org website. This is the online home of the City of Manchester Aquatics Swim Team.

The team is based in the state-of-the-art Manchester Aquatics Centre, and regularly compete in swim meets throughout the country. 

On this site you'll find the latest news, photos, opinions, general information and lots more on the world of competitive swimming in the UK.

Congratulations!

Congratulations to James Gibson who won gold at this years National Championships in both the mens 17/18 year old 1500m freestyle and also in the mens 3K. James also won a bronze medal in the mens 17/18 year old 800m freestyle. Well done to James for all your hard work both at Nationals and also throughout the year in your training.

Also congratulations to Grant Quigley who won a silver medal in the boys 15/16 year old 3K his first medal at the National Championships.

Congratulations also go to Laura Hibbert, Katie Cooper, Lauren Quigley and Brogan Dean for all making finals in this years National Championships. Well done Jess Wilkinson, Alexandra Riach, Adam Johns, Abi Tetley and Mark McKenna who also achieved NQT’s this year.

Congratulations and well done to Mark Lappin on a successful nationals and on achieving a double national champion, a silver medallist and a bronze medallist. Excellent work by both the coach and all the swimmers.
